1. Sukiyabashi Jiro (Main shop)
It has received three stars in the Michelin Guide, and it's also famous for the fact that Prime Minister Abe and President Obama had informal dinner together. Mr. Ono Jiro, the shopkeeper, has a lot of experience as a chef since 7 years old, and he is well known all over the world. The 'wharever(30,000 JPY~)' course only. You can enjoy 20 kinds of sushi. I recommend for those who would like to purely enjoy it.

2. Sushi Yoshitake
Located in Ginza, it received three stars in the Michelin Guide 2016. The sushi chef select the materials by theirselves at Tsukiji Market, and they order fresh ingredients from the whole country. It cannot be bad- tasting! The 'whatever' course costs more than 25,000JPY. 'Monkfish boiled with vin rouge’ and 'pudding made from sea urchin eggs’ are popular dishes. Business hour: from 6:00PM to 11:30PM(L.O. 21:30)

3. Sushi Saito
It has received three stars in the Michelin Guide for seven years. Because of the popularity, you cannot reserve seats easily. Mr. Saito Koji, the shopkeeper, has nice character, so i recommend taking a seat across the counter talking with him and enjoying the amazing sushi there ! 6.Hatsune-zushi
5 minutes’ walk away from west exit in Kamata Station, it got two stars in the Michelin Guide. The hand-rolled sushi only. You can enter at 5:30PM or 8:00PM (12:00AM also available on Saturday). Be punctual because everyone can start sushi after all reservers come. While you enjoy, the gentle shopkeeper give you trivias. The price: 25,000 JPY ~. You have 2.5 hours to have dinner.

A small and famous shop stands on the Gaien West Street. You’ll be happy with so many kinds of sushi and energetic and bright chef. Waking through A5 exit in Ginza Station, you’ll find it on the third floor of a building soon. It has just 6 seats across the counter. Only 6 people can enjoy sushi both at lunch time and dinner time each. The chef, having worked for transport company, is openhearted and it makes you relaxed even at the top-class restaurant. I heard that they cook sushi rice differently depending on the time. Lunch: 20,000 JPY~/ Dinner: 30,000 JPY~
